These rows came from Statistics Finland but were dropped because the Municipality Registry records their canonical muncodes as AX-owned (Åland). The AX Employment pipeline produces these cells from the Statistics Åland source instead — preventing double-counting.
| Source row | After NormaliseCodes | Registry country_cod | Pipeline country | Decision | Override applied |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| "KU478 Mariehamn" | AX001 | AX | FI | DROP | StatFin 115b · #1 |
| "KU170 Jomala" | AX043 | AX | FI | DROP | StatFin 115b · #2 |
| "KU736 Saltvik" | AX736 | AX | FI | DROP | StatFin 115b · #3 |
| "KU771 Sund" | AX771 | AX | FI | DROP | — (prefix only) |

"KU771" normalised to FI771, but the registry says FI771
doesn't exist as an FI muncode (Åland alone uses 7xx range under the AX prefix). The drop happens regardless
of which mechanism resolved the canonical muncode — Authority Filter only cares about the final answer.
Each dropped row is stamped in auth_filter_drops with: raw_row_id,
resolved_muncode, registry_country_cod, pipeline_country,
override_id?. Queryable from any Job's Provenance tab.
