Authority Filter drops · 16 rows

cross-country safety net · not pipeline-configurable

These rows came from Statistics Finland but were dropped because the Municipality Registry records their canonical muncodes as AX-owned (Åland). The AX Employment pipeline produces these cells from the Statistics Åland source instead — preventing double-counting.

Source row After NormaliseCodes Registry country_cod Pipeline country Decision Override applied
"KU478 Mariehamn" AX001 AX FI DROP StatFin 115b · #1
"KU170 Jomala" AX043 AX FI DROP StatFin 115b · #2
"KU736 Saltvik" AX736 AX FI DROP StatFin 115b · #3
"KU771 Sund" AX771 AX FI DROP — (prefix only)

What this means. Three of these drops relied on date-bounded Source Code Overrides declared on StatFin 115b. The fourth (Sund) was dropped by the prefix check alone — its source code "KU771" normalised to FI771, but the registry says FI771 doesn't exist as an FI muncode (Åland alone uses 7xx range under the AX prefix). The drop happens regardless of which mechanism resolved the canonical muncode — Authority Filter only cares about the final answer.

Each dropped row is stamped in auth_filter_drops with: raw_row_id, resolved_muncode, registry_country_cod, pipeline_country, override_id?. Queryable from any Job's Provenance tab.
